Building Community

My wife Mary and I live in a condominium of well over 100 residents, many of  them Jewish.  The photo is of a Menorah which stands near the entrance to the condo during the feast of Chanukah commemorating the re-dedication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem.  We take great pleasure in our many friendships with our Jewish neighbors here, Condo Minora Photosome of whom will soon be helping us assemble our condo Christmas tree. We see the community of Jews and Christians here as a sign of what remains possible throughout the USA and in other countries as well, especially those where, historically, anti-Semitism has taken a particularly brutal hold.
